Q: Do you offer gift certificates or e-gift cards? 

A: We have gift certificates available for purchase, however we do not have e-gift cards available at this time. If you are from out of town we do accept e-transfers and can mail our gift cards at no additional cost to you. Simply contact us via any of our social media pages, or on our website to receive our direct email to send an e-transfer and we will mail it directly to you!  

 

Q: What is your most popular flavour? 

A: The New Yorker has been our best seller since the beginning of time ;) we have THREE flavour options in this shake and they are as follows: 

strawberry cheesecake

chocolate cheesecake

salted caramel cheesecake

 

Q: Do you have lactose free options? 

A: Any of the shakes on our menu can be made with lactose free milk, ice cream and whip. The toppings however are not all lactose free and are up to the discretion of the customer. 

 

Q: Do you have gluten free options? 

A: We do have milkshakes that do not contain gluten, however most of our dessert toppings do contain the allergen. We recommend getting a basic shake (no dessert!) Or even the Bananas For You! We must note that due to our small workspace we cannot guarantee a gluten free environment. With that being said, when you place your order please mention to the cashier about the allergy and we will follow protocol and do our best to sanitize the environment prior to making your shake!

 

Q: Do you have peanut free options? 

A: We do offer milkshakes and smoothies that do not contain peanuts, however due to our small workspace we cannot guarantee a peanut free environment. With that being said, when you place your order please mention to the cashier about the allergy and we will follow protocol and do our best to sanitize the environment prior to making your shake!

 

Q: Do you have vegan options? 

A: Our smoothie bar is full of vegan options with the option to build your own smoothie!

 

Q: What are your prices? 

A: You can find a full list of our pricing on our menu which is located under the menu tab on our website. 

 

Q: What are your hours? 

A: Our current hours of operation can be found by doing a quick google search as well as on our facebook and instagram pages! 

 

Q: Are you open all year? 

A: Yes we are! Please see google, facebook or instagram for up-to-date hours.

 

Q: Can we order ahead of time for pickup? 

A: Unfortunately due to the nature of our shakes our products are only made to order. This ensures we do not sacrifice on the quality of our shakes. 

 

Q: What sizes do you offer? 

A: We have two different size options called “half pint” and “pint”. Our half pint size is 10 oz and our pint size is 16 oz - all of our shakes come topped with dessert with the exception of our basic shakes.

Q: Can I get the shake without toppings? 

A: Absolutely! We offer all of our shakes in a basic option. Please see the menu under “Basic Shakes” to view a full list of flavours.

 

Q: What is a pup shake? 

A: We make “shakes” for your pup too! A pup shake simply consists of a little bit of whip cream and a doggy bone. A portion of these sales are donated to our local SPCA.

A: How does a kid eat cake? Hands in and head first ;)
